Both. For a defined piece of work — a prototype, a feature, a whole platform — we quote a fixed price per scope so you know the cost up front and incentives stay aligned. For ongoing growth and product work after launch, we offer a monthly Growth Retainer. We will recommend whichever structure fits your goals, and many clients start with a build and move into a retainer.
Hourly billing rewards slow work and punishes efficiency. We price the outcome, not the clock, so our interests line up with yours: ship the right thing well, then move on. You get a clear number before any work starts, with no surprise invoices.
Our pricing covers our design, engineering, and growth work. Third-party costs you own directly — things like hosting, domains, SaaS subscriptions, paid ad spend, and premium APIs — are billed to you at cost or set up on your own accounts, so you keep full ownership and there is no markup. We will always flag these before they're needed.
For a Project Build we typically split the fee across milestones — a deposit to begin, then payments tied to agreed deliverables. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Exact terms are written into a short agreement before we start so there's nothing ambiguous.
